Abstract

The prevalence of street children and adolescents has been maintained over the years, even becoming something normalized in society, this reflects a need for treatment of this problem. Given history, minors have been acquiring certain fundamental rights through regulations established for their protection, which they have Access to because they are a more vulnerable population compared to the society in which they develop, this research seeks to testify what the rights of childrens, what laws seek to protect them and what obligations must be met by the family, the state and society to ensure their wellbeing.
The different processes that are used and the centers that support the improvement of this population are also exposed, whose objective is full compliance with the regulations.
