Abstract

The turning point that marked the beginning of the constant conflicts between the Jewish community and the Arab community occurred in 1947. This year marked the before and after the various internal conflicts that developed around culture and religion. that wobbled around migration and multiculturalism. Since then, Israel has been able to consolidate itself as a State with sufficient fiscal and military power to maintain its territory and continue to occupy regions that by law are not constituted as theirs using methods such as the control of fundamental water resources so that settlements can remain. As regards the Arab community, the dispossession for which the constant violation of human rights, political freedoms and discrimination by the Jewish community has been affected, which has denied them any possibility of becoming autonomous as an independent and declared State. Various sectors and international organizations support them and the interest in constituting and declaring themselves as a State has been shown, but the state of war is still present in the country, which shows an obstacle to achieving their liberation and political, social, economic and cultural reorganization.
