Europe conceived and designed the world in his image and likeness, in ideological terms, since the seventeenth century, and by force from the discovery (1492); this led to the idea that only thinks from the old continent and the rest of humanity plays a role in the intellection of any field of knowledge. This is not true, Latin America, Africa and Asia have something, and more than that, much to say and contradict. Hence ideas, when they are genuine and not be confined to a national level, a skin color or a certain tradition, but are invaluable and in appropriable heritage of mankind. Think from the periphery is to raise a voice of protest, recognition of a claim against him and to those who have assumed this task from a position of strength and race.
