Abstract

This text succinctly presents the importance of addressing the study of law as a cultural form, as it allows us to understand the socio-historical character of law and its forms of constitution, its application logic, its dynamics of openness in context, that is, facing it throughout its deployment, which tends to interdisciplinary dialogues that generate greater strength when thinking about the law, and that consolidates the focus of our magazine. This is a critical work that understands the insufficiency of traditional models based on safeguarding the internal coherence of law, but not its repercussions and its forms of constitution as a cultural product that allows us to understand the power relations in the contemporary world.
