Abstract

This articulate seeks to stand out the concern of the “absence” and “non visibility” of most Latin American citizen, in the big decisions of integration of the continent. It provides context elements that spread to explain this absence, but in the fundamental search to get the attention about the “non visibility” of the citizenship, where each one of us has responsibility and challenges that to assume “right now", to complete the task of recovering, to form, to develop and to improve the historical citizen and of future that our continent needs, so that earlier than it takes, we can assume the destinations of the American Latin Continent.

The objective of this essay has been to expose some questions and clues of answers that it facilitates the understanding on the repercussions that the current changes have in the citizenship and in their possible developments and to share the idea of a city-new-citizenship for Latin America, this means that to think of the new citizen also goes to think and to define the city type where one lives, the self realization, with base to the multiple and varied constructions of social relationships.
