Abstract

The article, of a descriptive nature, discusses the global impact that the fourth industrial revolution brought on the legal plane. In addition, it describes how legal scenarios are generated that do not necessarily guarantee accessibility to all social groups in different countries, as their participation is conditional on the use of external conditions (instruments) such as electricity and internet, that is, that is, minimum tools for performance in an increasingly competitive social environment, which generates the need for a reformulation of Law to meet the new complexity brought about by the new industrial revolution. The hypothetical methodology used is the hypothetical deductive using the bibliographic review as methodological procedure.
