This reflection presents the historical process of an innovative methodological proposal for the time and implemented at the Federal University of Uberlândia, particularly in the area of Human Sciences, since the year 1985, until the professor’s retirement, in the year 2015; that is, for thirty years and three months. The final intention of the analysis will be to rescue the ideology of what was implemented and to understand the historical process of what has been done and how the proposal was developed. The reflection is divided into three stages: the implementation phase of the work proposal, from 1985 to 1993; the consolidation phase, from 1994 to 1999, and the expansion phase, from 2000 to 2015.
