Abstract

The analysis of the relationship between the military powers when they invoke humanity's reasons to subject to other States, equally sovereign, it is matter that permanently should invite to question the intellectuality world, inclined of maintaining an ideal balance among the real thing and that reasoned. It should be investigated where the due respect exists to that sovereignty of the States, and where that absolute concept should be very educated inclined of the world balance; it should also be investigated for which should be the reciprocate responsibility among the current international politics' different actors. Also it should question for the genuineness that they proclaim those military powers of police of the world, the justification to act in any territory and especially the due respect to the procedural guarantees, the due process, the due defense, the impartiality of the judge, the proportionality of the pain, among others.
