The State of Law and the Social State of Law: Historical evolution between the 19th and 20th centuries

The rule of law and the social rule of law are two state models that are closely linked by various principles, objectives and configurative elements that they share. However, between the two models there are differences that arose due to historical events that occurred between the 19th and 20th centuries, and which caused a wave of social demands that were not satisfied by the rule of law; For this reason, it was necessary to implement a new state model to meet the demands of the time, thus giving rise to the social state of law.
