On the equivocal slippage between law and justice

This brief writing raises a problematization - not a development - to the relationship between Justice and Law, which has been crossed by intense debates, almost all of them within a hegemonic conception of law, and which makes the former an equivalent element of this. What I maintain is that Justice goes beyond the -flexible- limits of Law and that it becomes a constitutive exterior of this and that it is also necessary that it be related to other ethical, aesthetic, symbolic and political elements that would imply a contextual configuration of Justice that snatches her from the capture to which the Law has subjected her. I propose some examples to give meaning to the problematization and I conclude that this problematization opens up a very rich analytical vein that integrates other elements in addition to the legal ones
to understand highly complex contexts where Justice is required to be configured.
