El proceso legislativo interno. Un modelo para su análisis

Abstract

This document is a summary ofthe doctoral thesis defended in the presence ofthe respective court in November 2008 under the title: "The internallegislative process in Cuba". A model for analysis with the aim of uldentify the m a in factors from the theoretical standpoint, methodology and normative affecting the proper and correct development of interna! legislative process in Cuba", and support the necessity for a Methodological Model for their analysis and justification of a proposal for legislative intervention. To achieve have been used analytical tools developed by the theory of legislation in the last thirty years and their antecedents in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, to which it adds other elements from political theory and philosophy of law.
