Abstract

This essay, starting from the new constitutional right has been called, is in charge of meditating on the constitutional judge's function in a Social, Democratic and Right State and the way like it should reception the values and constitutional principles. As referring it is assist to the positions of important modern ius theoretical and the doctrine of the Constitutional Court.
