Abstract

The inquisitorial systematic was nevera guarantor; the accusatory one, without a doubt, is. The guarantor's legal process is not dull paternalism. lt does not have, of course, moral commitments. The guarantor's legal process, even the functionalism, is a way to approach man. Man gets privileged from the guarantor's legal process, beca use it recognizes that the manis the reason of being of the State. Manis miscible.
