Stigmatization of the lawyer in the social environment: an epistemological look at the work of lawyers

The present investigation is carried out in a documentary way, in this sense a hermeneutical analysis is carried out, with investigative phases in which the literature review in bibliographic databases is first found. In a second moment, the axiological and gnoseological elements are analyzed, which delimit the subject of study in time and space. In the third phase, an analysis of results is carried out, as opposed to the perception of lawyers in the social context, the motivations that allow deducing behaviors, and the importance that this has in the daily social processes that particularize the function of the lawyer. Finally, in the fourth phase the conclusions pertinent to the topics studied are established. It should be noted that the research process is carried out with the constant accompaniment of experts and research professors from the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana, a product of the methodology and the research process, guided by the scientific criteria of the University.
