Abstract

The seedbed Pedagogies of Preventive Law: Towards Public Educational Policies, begins in 2015 with an exploratory study, consulting experts in an institutional forum carried out in September 2015; followed by workshops for learning appropriate pedagogies and didactics to achieve in children and adolescents, sensitize them to human rights in the classroom and bring them closer to conflict prevention with pedagogical intervention on actions that violate healthy coexistence in society.

This object of study of the hotbed allowed from the pedagogical field, in interaction with the legal, political and public opinion knowledge, of the four generations who have already graduated, and achieved from the academic levels preceding higher education, projecting themselves to the society in a preventive way, venturing into schools and colleges, and thus, supporting teachers in work and raising awareness of human rights in the classroom, working on values, peaceful resolution of conflicts and in strengthening citizen competences.

With the contributions of generations of seed producers until 2018, the importance of accompanying students from school is verified, by virtue of the prevention of possible criminal behavior; In this sense, awareness-raising workshops have been held with various school communities on the prevention of bullying, intra-family violence, the preparation of teaching materials and booklets.

This fifth generation of seed producers has set out to delve into the study of public policies, identify the true reason for the country's criminal policy, inquire about significant experiences that focus on preventing the possible commission of criminal conduct, and consequently, theorize about the principles of public policy that it is intended to build, and in the near future, propose and disseminate at the local, regional and national levels.
