Aspectos jurídicos relevantes del comercio justo

Abstract

The seedbed LEGAL ASPECTS RELEVANT TO FAIR TRADE is conceived as a space that provides the opportunity to reflect and promote legal research on a specific branch of law, such as that concerning Commercial Law.  Our seedbed was created in May 2019, with the coordination of Professor Gustavo Adolfo Beltrán and currently has 12 participants.

The general objective of this research training space is to try to determine, from the point of view of law, how to contribute to the exercise of a more equitable commercial practice. In order to fulfill this goal, we have scheduled weekly meetings, at which time certain tasks are assigned and the progress of the research is monitored.
