Presupuestos de verdad y justicia en el marco de la JEP

Abstract

This investigation focus on exposing and confronting two models of transitional justice wich emerged due to The problems that has faced the country along the history by armed groups against the law; The extremist right one are The autodefensas armadas de Colombia (AUC) a paramilitary organization supported by the highest elite´s country to fight the revolutionary armed Colombian forces (FARC); a Guerilla organization with communist ideology (Rivera, 2007).

The main object of this investigation Is to carry out a comparative analysis of The integral System of truth, justice, reparation and no repetition (SIVJRNR) Based in 975 law of 2005 and The 1957 law of 2019 from a critical position with the aim of making a propositive change in The implementation  both from The victims optic, comparecientes and Postulates.  The developments of this objetives are based on  The revision of academic documentation to achive The conclution Of The JEP law for The Pesce respond integraly to the SIVJRNR
