Abstract

This research allows to analyze the impact of online marketing in Micro, Small and Medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) so that the entrepreneur increases his income without drastically affecting his expenses in advertising through the benefits of the internet, which works as a fast and efficient communication channel towards consumers. It is a descriptive and explanatory study work based on the collaboration of the Technological Institute of Chetumal and the National Chamber of Commerce to apply a questionnaire to 99 MSMES from the city of Chetumal (Estado de Quintana Roo, Mexico). It is important that the government, companies, educational institutions, and society join efforts to improve the country’s economy.
