The Ratio Juris Journal, a biannual publication of the Faculty of Law at the Autonomous Latin American University (UNAULA), informs you that the permanent call for papers for issues.

Since its founding in 2004, the Ratio Juris Journal has become a key platform for debate, dialogue, and the dissemination of scientific production in the legal and socio-legal fields. Backed by UNAULA's values of transparency, excellence, leadership, respect, loyalty, commitment, ethics, equality, solidarity, service, coexistence, justice, participation, dialogue, pluralism, family, eco-sensitivity, inquiry, creativity, and innovation, we promote multidisciplinarity and the visibility of our national and international authors.

The journal adheres to the principles of open science, the Helsinki Declaration, and the Dora Declaration, maintaining ethical standards of double-blind and open peer review, and is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. We reiterate that we do not charge any fees for the processing, editing, production, publication, or download of articles (article processing charges, APC).

Permanent Call for Papers for the Ratio Juris Journal UNAULA

The Faculty of Law at the Autonomous Latin American University invites the national and international academic community to participate in the permanent call for publishable articles for the Ratio Juris Journal. The terms for submitting publishable articles can be found on the journal's website http://publicaciones.unaula.edu.co/index.php/ratiojuris. The author guidelines are also available at http://publicaciones.unaula.edu.co/index.php/ratiojuris/about/submissions#authorGuidelines. On the website, you will also find the latest published issues, the call for peer reviewers, and the publication authorization and rights transfer form, which must be submitted with the article to the emails specified in the publication terms.

  • Convocatoria red de revistas sociojurídicas

    Desde finales del segundo semestre de 2017, los editores de la revista Estudios de Derecho de la Universidad de Antioquia y Ratio Juris, vienen realizando varias reuniones para generar sinergias frente a los retos editoriales y de las nuevas exigencias de clasificación en Publindex.

    Estas reuniones dieron como resultado, la creación de la red de revistas sociojurídicas. Algunas de ellas son: la revista Analecta; Revista Iuris; revista Derecho y Poder; la revista Pielagus; revista de Derecho de la Universidad del Norte; la revista Diálogos de Derecho y Política; la Revista de Estudiantes de Ciencia Política y Kavilando.

    Lo anterior con la finalidad de lograr acuerdos metodológicos y de construcción de redes de circulación del conocimiento, teniendo apuestas de carácter filosófico, político y editorial, sumados a la circulación del conocimiento como una tarea ética, responsable y científica, sin desconocer los derechos de los autores y de las revistas a mantener el conocimiento accesible a toda la comunidad científica y sin barreras o cobros injustificados. Manteniendo la autonomía, la creatividad y la calidad editorial, razón por la cual se continúa realizando llamados ingentes a la comunidad editorial para que participen del presente sueño de solidaridad y pundonor por la labor de construcción de saberes y conocimientos en torno a las nuevas realidades latinoamericanas.
