About the Journal

Focus and Scope
The journal Indisciplinas (ISSN 2463-0098 - eISSN 2711-3876) provides a space for students of the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana (UNAULA) to share their approaches, explorations, and analyses. This serial publication disseminates activities related to formative research in the Law program, including research seedbeds, observatories, legal clinics, the Consumer League, Academic Notary, and Legal Clinic.

Indisciplinas serves as a platform for students to engage in open discussions about Law and other fields of knowledge. It fosters re-learning and collaborative construction of knowledge, aligned with UNAULA’s interdisciplinary identity. Each print and digital edition addresses a legal topic from multiple perspectives, integrating scientific and humanistic knowledge to promote political, cultural, social, and economic development in a globalized context.

The legacy of Indisciplinas transcends academia: it symbolizes how universities can act as idea laboratories, bridges between theory and practice, and key players in building fairer societies. Its history reflects generations of students and faculty who have used Law not only as a discipline but as a tool for social emancipation and change.

Aligned with UNAULA’s institutional values—transparency, excellence, ethics, eco-sensitivity, and justice—the journal adheres to open science standards and inclusive editorial policies. It charges no fees for processing, editing, or publication (article processing charges, APC) and operates under the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license.
